Can I use more than one Amigo?

How is a Personal Amigo created?
The process starts when you complete the form on the Personal Amigo page.
We review your request within 24–48 hours. If your request is accepted, we send you a payment link for the one-time setup fee of €149.
After payment, we arrange a text-based onboarding conversation of approximately one hour with Thomas, our AI onboarding guide.
Thomas helps collect the relevant information needed to define and prepare your Personal Amigo. Preparation usually takes another 24–48 hours after the onboarding conversation.
Who is Thomas?
Thomas is an AI agent who guides the onboarding process for a Personal Amigo.
Thomas is not a human being and does not conduct a one-to-one video meeting. The onboarding conversation with Thomas is text-based.
If you would like to speak with a human before deciding, you can book a meeting with Sonny, the person behind amigo.contact.
Do I need technical knowledge to create a Personal Amigo?
No.
You do not need to understand AI, write prompts or configure technical settings. You can describe what you need in your own words, and Thomas will guide you through the onboarding process.
What information can I share during onboarding?
You can share information that helps define how your Personal Amigo should support you, such as:
- your interests and priorities;
- what you would like help with;
- your goals and routines;
- your preferred communication style;
- the tone you would like your Amigo to use;

What can a Personal Amigo help me with?
That depends on how your Personal Amigo is created.
It can support you with planning, organisation, learning, reflection, personal goals, routines, everyday decisions and practical documents. It can also help you explore interests or follow up on agreements and projects.
The exact role of your Amigo is defined around your needs and preferences.
Can I change my Personal Amigo later?
Yes. You can tell your Amigo how you would like it to communicate or support you.
For example, you can ask it to:
- keep its answers shorter;
- be more direct;
- provide more structure;
- ask questions before giving suggestions;
- use a warmer or more informal tone.
Larger changes to the role or personal setup can be discussed with us.

The one-time setup fee includes:

- definition of your Amigo’s role and purpose;
- configuration of its personality, tone and communication style;
- organisation of the relevant personal context you choose to share;

- a dedicated photo session;
- publication of the resulting images on your personal landing page;
- delivery of the resulting images in digital format;
- an initial quality check before delivery.
Your personal landing page is shared with you and contains a link to your chatroom. Where applicable, it can also contain a link to Redbubble merchandising connected to your Amigo.

How does an Amigo remember information?
A Personal Amigo may use relevant information from your onboarding and conversations to provide more consistent support.
This can include information such as your preferences, goals, routines, ongoing projects or previous agreements, depending on how your Personal Amigo has been configured.
A Lifestyle Amigo is not built around your complete personal situation and normally has a more limited personal context.
Can I ask what my Amigo knows about me?
You can ask your Personal Amigo which information it is using about you.
If something is incorrect or outdated, you can ask for a correction. For formal requests concerning access, correction or deletion of personal information, please follow the process described in our Privacy Policy.
How can I communicate with an Amigo?
Amigos respond through text.
Where available, you may also use optional voice input through the chat interface or through a compatible tool such as Amical. Amical is not required to use an Amigo.
Voice output is currently not part of the Amigo experience. Depending on the available features, an Amigo may be able to generate images or video.
Which languages are supported?
Language support depends on the specific Amigo.
Many Amigos can communicate in English and Dutch, and some may support additional languages. The quality and naturalness of communication can differ between languages and between Amigos.
The human meeting with Sonny is available in English, Dutch and French.

Does an Amigo replace a professional?
No.
An Amigo can provide general information, practical suggestions and supportive guidance. It is not a doctor, therapist, lawyer, financial adviser or other qualified professional.
It does not provide medical diagnoses, therapy, legal representation or guaranteed financial advice. Information about financial topics, including crypto, is general information only and is not a guarantee of a particular result.
